Submit your withdrawal request
Time Limit
30-Day Window
You have 30 days from the day you receive the goods to notify us of your withdrawal — no reason required
Send an email to trade@modernfabe.com with a clear statement of your intention to withdraw
The deadline is met as long as your email is sent before the 30 days expire
You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page — it is not mandatory but recommended
What to Include in Your Request

Copy of the original invoice — attach this to your email and also include it inside the returned package
Clear reason for withdrawal with documented proof
Supporting evidence — photos, videos, delivery notes, or any relevant documentation
Evidence must clearly prove your claim — submissions with vague, unclear, or insufficient evidence may result in your request being rejected or delayed

Send the goods back
Returning the Product
14 Days to Return
Return the goods to the address on your original shipping label — contact us if you cannot find it
Send back the goods within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal — the deadline is met when goods are dispatched
Free returns & exchange on orders of €499 or above
You are liable for any reduced value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the goods

Receive your refund
Refund Process
14 Days to Refund
We will refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
Refund will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction — no fees charged
Supplementary delivery costs (e.g. express or non-standard shipping) are not refunded
We may hold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof of return — whichever comes first
