Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Please review the terms below regarding your right of withdrawal, return conditions, refunds, and product-related notes.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU:

  • You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email or written request before the deadline.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
  • Products must remain in resalable condition.
  • Any use beyond inspection, including installation, voids the right of withdrawal.

3. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made, cut-to-size, or personalized products
  • Opened sealed goods such as adhesives or chemicals
  • Goods inseparably mixed after delivery

4. Return Procedure

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return the goods within 14 days of notification.
  • Ship items to the designated return address.

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Additional costs may apply for large or heavy items.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds include the product price and standard delivery cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.
  • Refunds may be withheld until the returned items are received.

7. Deductions

We may reduce the refund where:

  • Items show handling beyond what is necessary for inspection.
  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete.

8. Damaged or Defective Goods

Your rights under the EU Sale of Goods Directive 2019/771 remain unaffected.

  • Eligible for repair, replacement, or refund
  • Please report visible damage within 24 to 48 hours to help us resolve the issue promptly
  • This recommendation does not affect your statutory rights

9. Product-Specific Notes

  • Natural stone veneer may show variations in colour and texture. These are not considered defects.
  • Products that have been installed are non-returnable.
