What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and sent back in their original, undamaged packaging, along with all original contents and accessories. The item must remain in fully resalable condition — you may inspect it as you would in a physical store, but any handling beyond that may affect your eligibility. Installation or fitting of the product will void your right of withdrawal entirely, and we reserve the right to reject the return or reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use or alteration.
